Every starter without prior professional experience (our Young Professionals) will first follow a general introduction and training program, where they get to know the Sopra Steria organization and develop essential consultancy skills. After this, Young Professionals in the Oracle Area follow a specialized Oracle training program tailored to their chosen career path.
